– A Kansas City Chiefs Fansite

Obviously it will have to be a coach that is very tough on the players. They just won’t play for a nice coach. They need someone riding them, to get them to play. They just don’t do it on their own.
For what it’s worth:
over the past 27 games, KC has allowed 30+ points 12 times, in which they lost all of those games. They are 10-17 over that entire span. Fingers can be pointed at every aspect of this team with regards to why this is, and they’d all be true. Romeo has been the HC for 8 of those games, DC for all of those games. They have also gone 24 games without scoring a TD on opening drive. They have held the lead in a game in 2012 for exactly ZERO seconds. We’re not building, we’re not getting better, we’re just not very good for obviously a lot of reasons.
Can you now see that it was NEVER Matt Cassel alone holding us back. This coaching staff is POOR at best. The gameplan is poor THAT’S the problem in KC. The Coaching staff needs to go And the Gm is starting to look more and more like he needs to go. This will be 2 head coaches he has failed with. In 2 attempts We are at the point where it’s time for Changes to be made. At the point where while the talent is better then it was the results are the same as they were in 09 THERE ARE MUCH BIGGER problems with this team then Matt Cassel. I think everyone would now have to admit that.
First i would like to say i have been a chiefs fan for 42 years,i watched the chiefs win the superbowl 69/70 season. i feel like i have good pluse of this team from year to year, what i have noticed this year is matt cassel has played like there is a better qb on the team, i think the whole team knows it, brady quinn was better comming in then matt cassel, and the pressure has got to matt, he has played like a qb insecure about his job, you can see it in his body language. the team will play better knowing they have a qb that can make the throws, i think matt has brought this whole team down, brady quinn is a better qb and we will see it, matt is done here in kc, it would suprise me if he plays again for the chiefs, and i hope he don’t.
