The old saying a Win is a win fits this game tonight

Offense. Lets just be real here. Patrick Mahomes did not have a good game after the 1st quarter. He was off. It looked like he underthrew a couple of balls that ended up INTs. One might have just been a really good play by the defender. He was out of sync with Kelce which is not something we see a lot of. He simply has to be better than that. Having said that first in the 4th quarter he stepped up and had a couple of big runs to seal the deal. He was unselfish and slid down to ice the game when he could have ran it in for a TD. Despite the poor game he stepped up when it mattered most. And we have every reason to think that he will bounce back. He has earned that trust. But we can admit that he was not at his C game maybe a D.

Lets talk about what we are going to hear about all week. The holding call. People are going to flat out ignore the calls that the Jets got and cry rigged for the Chiefs. Seeing the play on twitter (or whatever you want to call it now) It was a clear hold. Or at the very least an illegal contact. Either way it’s a flag and should have been called. Robert Saleh can cry all he wants about the refs. I didn’t hear him complaining when the calls were going his way and never have seen Reid act like that on the sideline. What a doofus

Defense I think this might be their worst game of the year. They were not getting to the QB. Wilson had all day to throw the ball and that made it easy for guys to get open. Just can’t happen. This was an outing we expected all the last couple of years. But they found a way to win. But we are going to simply need to see more of the defense we saw in the first 3 games if we hope to keep winning.

A win is a win and this one was stressful. The Jets have a great Defense so you can understand some of the struggles that the offense had. For the first time this year I am more worried about the defense than the offense after tonight. We have a much better offense to face next week. Hopefully this week was just a down week and we see a better effort next week. On to the Vikings lets keep the winning going
