Postgame Vs Raiders Got the W

Well that was a very interesting game wasn’t it.

It’s been a long theme of this team under Reid to start games slow. And that was the case tonight. I have learned not to get to upset about them because this team has had an unreal way of coming back from them. But damn they can’t keep getting away from this.

The refs did not do us any favors with some of the calls. The roughing the passer calls are just getting way out of hand across the league. But what annoys me even more is the constant punishing the defender because the QB underthrows a ball. And we saw that to put the Raiders in the endzone tonight. We had to overcome a lot from the refs tonight. Which to be very honest made it even more enjoyable to see Carr complaining about the refs at the end.

Offense sluggish start but then got something going. What worries me is the O line. They did not have everyone tonight with Smith being out but man Orlando Brown has to be better. For a guy that is playing for a contract I really would expect more. He really needs to get it together.

MVS has to get a game ball. That was a great game. Outside of the one drop he was huge for the Chiefs. I know Kelce had the TDS but they wouldn’t have gotten to the redzone for Kelce to get a TD if it were not for MVS. Hell of a job dude.

Defense. Not great at all. Though as I noted before they did not get help form the refs in some of the BS calls they can’t get beat like that. Felton can not be on the field if he is going to play like that. If he is constantly going to get burnt for scores what’s the harm in giving someone else a shot.

Man is the value of Harrison Butker showing. We got lucky the missed field goal didn’t cost us the game and that we got a 1st down from a flag to keep a drive alive after another. We really need Butker back ASAP.

Next week is going to be a tough one to win. The Bills are loaded. Both offense and defense are going to have to be at their A game if we have any chance to win. And most important we can not start the game slow. Coaches have to have this team ready to play from the start lets get it done. GO CHIEFS
